The item is showing sold out, what is your turn around time on email orders?

Online store orders are limited to smaller order, stock on hand that we are able to ship quickly. Orders for items shown as sold out on the website or orders greater than available on website items can will always be taken by email to FireByTradeTools@gmail.com and will ship in order received. Most orders ship within 4 weeks.

Which strap will fit my hoseload?

Due to the differences in hose construction and hose load styles we cannot provide you with an answer. We recommend you build your hose load and measure around the location you plan to strap. Our straps are a velcro wrap so add a few inches to your measurement for overlap and select a size. Red tab straps are 23" long, Yellow 29", Blue 32" and Green 36"
